The agreement
FourEver Timer is made by Oleksandr Siholaiev, an independent developer (“I”, “me”). These terms apply when you use the app on iPhone or Apple Watch, and when you subscribe to FourEver Timer Pro.
Your licence to use the app is granted under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add to it. If anything here conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies.
How the app handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The app
FourEver Timer is an interval timer. The free version lets you build interval timers with work, rest, rounds, sets, warm-up and cool-down, run them with sounds, voice and haptics, follow them on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, keep a workout history, and save up to two timers.
It needs an iPhone with iOS 17 or later; the Apple Watch app needs watchOS 10 or later. Some features need newer versions or particular hardware, for example head gestures need compatible AirPods, and some Siri features need a newer iOS.
FourEver Timer Pro
Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that adds, among other things: unlimited timers, exercise circuits, AirPods head gestures, Siri and Shortcuts, the Apple Watch app with Apple Health, iCloud Sync, widgets and Control Center controls. The app shows the current list before you subscribe.
- Plans: monthly or yearly. The price, in your currency, is shown in the app before you confirm.
- Payment: charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Price changes: handled by Apple, which tells you in advance and, where required, asks for your agreement.
- Restoring: on a new device, use Settings → Unlock Pro → Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account.
If Pro ends, nothing is deleted. Timers beyond the free two stay saved but locked until you subscribe again, and Pro features stop working.
Free trials
A free trial may be offered when you first subscribe. If so, the app shows how long it lasts and what you will pay when it ends. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts into a paid subscription. Apple decides whether you are eligible for a trial; usually it is offered once per Apple Account. If you buy a subscription during a trial, any unused part of the trial ends.
Cancelling and refunds
Subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple. Cancel anytime in your Apple Account: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Pro stays available until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. I cannot issue refunds or see your payment details.
Health and safety
FourEver Timer is a timing tool, not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have a health condition, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
Heart rate and energy shown on Apple Watch come from Apple’s sensors and are estimates. Stay aware of your surroundings: don’t use head gestures, the screen or audio cues where they could distract you from traffic or other dangers, and never use the app while driving.
Your timers
Timers, exercise names and history you create are yours, and they stay on your devices and, if you use iCloud Sync, in your own iCloud. When you share a timer, its link or QR code contains the timer’s settings and names; share only what you are happy for others to see, and nothing unlawful or offensive.
Apple services and your devices
The app works with Apple services such as the App Store, iCloud, Apple Health, Siri, AirPods and Apple Watch. These are provided by Apple under Apple’s own terms, and I am not responsible for their availability or behaviour. Keep your devices and the app up to date for the best results.
Fair use
Please don’t copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except as the law or the Standard EULA allows, don’t try to unlock Pro without a subscription, and don’t use the app to break the law.
No warranty, limited liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, as set out in the Standard EULA, which also limits liability. I work to keep it accurate and reliable, but I can’t promise it will be free of errors or always available, for example after a system update.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live, which cannot be excluded by agreement. Which law applies is set out in the Standard EULA.
Changes
I may update these terms as the app changes. The new version will appear on this page with a new date. If a change matters for your subscription, I’ll make it clear in the app or on this page before it applies. Using the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
